Please note the following Terms and Conditions

• We do not board restricted breed dogs. (Information on these breeds at this link)- https://www.irishstatutebook.ie/eli/1991/si/123/made/en/print )

• We don’t board dogs under 24 months old. (2years)

• We only accept neutered dogs.

• If your dog barks excessively or shows signs of aggression, or severe anxiety during the trial period, We are sorry but  we cannot accept your dog and will ask you to collect your dog. Our decision is final. 

• Owners are required to fill in the enquiry booking form to inform of your dog’s personality, needs etc. ( We cannot guarantee a space if we are at capacity)

• We ask you do not to ring the gate buzzer when arriving as this unsettles and causes stress to the dogs. Please call or text  087-6132339.

• Please wait at your car until we collect your dog from you. 

• We are strict on our drop off and collection times as this is also our family home. We need to have our own private time and structure to our day. Also, as above, too much opening and closing of the gate unsettles the dogs. No exceptions.

• Payment on collection of your dog by cash, or by revolut within 2 hours. 

• 24 hour cancellation notice.

• Please do not leave your dog's lead with us,  bring toys or food bowls. We have plenty of supplies and leads here. 

• Let us know if your dog isn't allowed treats or specific treats. 

• All dogs must be current with vaccinations and show us proof of current vaccinations. Also flea and wormer treatments. We are strict with this policy for the safety of the other dogs. 

• Please read and sign our booking agreement when confirming the booking with us.
