POLICY

As a small family run business, we take our Vision, Mission and Core Values, very seriously – they demonstrate our commitment to you and help give you confidence that you can entrust us to take great care of your beloved pet.

Mission

Our Mission is to take great personal care of your beloved dog in the best possible way when you are not able to. We do this by providing a homely safe comfortable, fun facility for your dog.

Our Core Values.

  • LOVE: A genuine love for dogs.

  • BAILE AS BAILE: We want to be thought of as an extension of your family. Just as if a member of your family was minding your dog. We want you to trust us and know that your dog is safe and loved in our care.

  • TRUST & RESPECT: We value our relationship with ALL our customers,(Humans and Dogs) creating a business that provides a high quality service and level of personal care for your dog. This is reflected in our policy and waiver agreement.

  • HEALTH: We work to keep your dog engaged both physically and mentally, keeping a hygienic clean environment and only boarding dogs that are current on their vaccinations.

Please note. Your dog’s health and safety is of the utmost important to us. We only will accept dogs that have met us and the pack prior to booking.  This is to understand your dog’s personality and how your dog socialises with other dogs. If your dog is aggressive or un-socialised we will not board your dog.  Also, if your dog is extremely nervous and very uncomfortable while with us for the trial period, boarding or daycare might not be the best fit for your dog and we have the discretion to refuse your dog. This is for the benefit and safety of your dog and other dogs.

Please do not bring your dog to daycare if he or she is showing signs of illness. Symptoms such as vomiting, diarrhea, rashes, coughing, or discharge from the eyes or nose may indicate an illness that could be contagious to other dogs. If your dog shows signs of illness while at daycare, we will remove him or her from the pack to a quiet area, and then alert you or your emergency contact.

Food: We ask to provide the food your dog has at home during his/her stay as all dogs have various dietary needs and do not do well when their food is changed too quickly.

Bedding: We have raised beds at the facility but you may like to leave their bed, blanket  for comfort. Please don't bring toys, leads or bowls. We have these at facility.

Note:  We are fully insured. Our capacity is 9 dogs.

( Please understand that, although we always try to accommodate, we can only take 2 medium to  large dogs at a time as we  don't have the  capacity)
